Brad has over 15 years of experience in public finance and is widely known for his insightful analyses of public finance projects from both economic and legal perspectives. His areas of concentration include serving as Bond Counsel for state and local governments, including counties, cities, schools, townships and libraries, as well as for non-profit organizations such as hospitals, cultural institutions, nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Other areas of concentration include tax-exempt leasing and stadium financings.
Additionally, Brad is regularly called upon to address governmental and quasi-governmental councils, boards and authorities on public finance issues. He has served as a speaker at meetings of state and local government entities, including the State of Ohio, counties, municipalities, treasurers, trustees and the Ohio Municipal League.
