BPV Capital Management Announces Two New Hires In Business Development, Regional Sales
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BPV Capital Management (BPV) announced today two new hires as it continues its growth and expansion. Tim Sykes, 45, has been named Director, Business Development, in the firm's Knoxville, Tenn. headquarters, and Jason Napoli, 40, has been named Regional Manager based out of Denver, Colo.

This announcement comes on the heels of BPV's other recent hires. In June, BPV announced the hires of Craig Davis to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Frank Gregory to the role of Chief Distribution Officer. In addition, BPV announced the launch of their new Large Cap Value Fund with sub-advisor AJO in July.
In the newly created role of Director, Business Development for BPV, Mr. Sykes will be responsible for platform development and relationship management, focused on the qualified retirement sector in the Southeast U.S. Mr. Sykes reports to Mr. West. Mr. Sykes began his career at Mass Mutual Financial Group where he implemented the Planning and Investment Review department. Most recently, Mr. Sykes worked for Raymond James Financial in Knoxville. Mr. Sykes holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Napoli joins BPV in the newly created role of Regional Manager for the Southwest U.S.; his primary responsibilities will include driving sales and distribution. Mr. Napoli reports to Mr. Gregory. Mr. Napoli comes to BPV with more than 15 years of industry experience. Most recently, he worked for Anthem Securities as a Wholesaler and Director of Investments. Mr. Napoli holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a Chartered Financial Consultant as well as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist.
