BP Logix Shortlisted for 2016 SaaS Awards
Software as a Service Awards Program Announces BP Logix as Finalist in Two Categories
SAN DIEGO, July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BP Logix, provider of BPM solutions for rapid workflow app development, today announced that it has been selected as a finalist in the 2016 SaaS Awards Program. The company was recognized in the categories of Best SaaS Product for Business Accounting or Finance and Best SaaS Product for Management Accounting or Budgeting. Final SaaS Awards winners will be announced on Tuesday, August 9, 2016.
With more than 200 entries submitted from the US, Canada, Australasia, UK and EMEA, the Software-as-a-Service Awards program is focused on both excellence and innovation in SaaS. The Awards program, in its inaugural year, has partnered with the annual Cloud Awards, now entering its sixth year.
"SaaS technologies exist in an incredibly competitive global marketplace. For BP Logix Process Director to be shortlisted in both the Best SaaS for Business Accounting or Finance and the Best SaaS Product for Management Accounting or Budgeting is acknowledgment of how well the product addresses diverse needs," stated Jay O'Brien, CEO of BP Logix. "This kind of recognition demonstrates that our technology is not only industry-agnostic but, also, an excellent tool for business processes across Finance, Financial Management and Accounting.
The SaaS Awards, unlike the long-running Cloud Awards which takes a more holistic approach to celebrating excellence in cloud services, is a recognition platform specifically for software solutions. According to the SaaS and Cloud Awards organizer, Larry Johnson, "It's about time: in a maturing international marketplace for cloud services, SaaS has proven to be the poster boy for leveraging thin-client technologies, while ensuring end-users are always working at the cutting edge."
