Boyd Gaming Completes Acquisition of IP Biloxi

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Boyd Gaming now owns and operates 17 properties in Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana and Louisiana.
