Bowie Resource Partners To Present At Deutsche Bank Leveraged Finance Conference

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Sept. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bowie Resource Partners, LLC (BRP) announced that it will make a presentation on September 30th at the Deutsche Bank Leveraged Finance Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. The presentation will focus on BRP's continued strong performance, its recent ratings upgrade and a general discussion around its growth/acquisition agenda.  BRP has engaged Deutsche Bank Securities as its lead investment bank, along with Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, to refinance its existing debt and secure acquisition financing to support its growth strategy.  BRP is in discussions with respect to a potential material acquisition.  There can be no assurance that BRP will complete this acquisition.  If this acquisition is not completed, BRP intends to refinance its existing debt and seek other acquisition opportunities.
