Bow River Capital Partners Closes on $262 Million Private Equity Fund

DENVER, Aug. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bow River Capital Partners ("Bow River"), a private alternative asset management company, announced today the closing of its fourth buyout fund (the "2017 Fund").  The oversubscribed fund closed at $262 million, receiving strong support from a diverse group of institutional and individual investors.

The 2017 Fund will invest in lower middle market privately held companies where Bow River is typically the first institutional capital.  Bow River seeks investments located in the central US and Canada, an area dubbed Bow River Capital's Rodeo Region®. The 2017 Fund will target companies in the infrastructure, engineering, healthcare, and industrial business services sectors, and partner with existing management teams to achieve growth and value creation.

Formed in 2003 and based in Denver, Colorado, Bow River Capital Partners separately sponsors investment vehicles in energy and real estate.
