BOURBON Announces the Disposal of its Holding in Sucrerie de Bourbon Tay Ninh, in Vietnam
PARIS, November 18, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BOURBON announces that it has today signed the sale of its holding in Sucrerie de Bourbon Tay Ninh, in Vietnam, to a group of Vietnamese investors for 34 million euros (at current VND exchange rate).
With this disposal, BOURBON will be fully divested from the sugar company located in Vietnam, in which the Group still held a 68.52% stake.
BOURBON thus affirms its position as a "pure player" in offshore oil and gas marine services.
