Bottom Dollar Food Announces Plans to Open Eight Additional Stores in New Jersey
NEW STORES IN TRENTON, N.J., AND CINNAMINSON, N.J., WILL OPEN ON MARCH 2
SALISBURY, N.C., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bottom Dollar Food, a discount grocer with expansion efforts under way in the greater Philadelphia market, announced today plans to open eight additional stores in New Jersey. The expansion will create more than 300 jobs and more than double the number of Bottom Dollar Food stores in the Garden State, with the first two stores opening March 2.

Bottom Dollar Food new stores include the following locations, opening throughout 2012 and in 2013 (scheduled opening dates are provided below while openings for remaining stores are to be announced):
- 2735 S. Broad St., Trenton, N.J. (March 2)
- 1402 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson, N.J. (March 2)
- Route 130 and Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, N.J. (April 13)
- 422 S. Route 130, Edgewater, N.J.
- 156 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr, N.J.
- Broad Street, Woodbury, N.J.
- Route 38, Mt. Holly, N.J.
- Route 130 and Town Center Road, East Windsor, N.J.
On Friday, March 2, the stores in Trenton, N.J., and Cinnaminson, N.J., will open to the public at 8 a.m. following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. The first 200 customers at each location will receive a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with private brand products.
As part of the grand opening festivities on March 2, Bottom Dollar Food will donate $500 to the following schools: Albert E. Grice Middle School, Kisthardt Elementary School, McGalliard Elementary School and Trenton Central High School in Trenton, N.J.; and Cinnaminson High School, Cinnaminson Middle School, Eleanor Rush Intermediate School and New Albany Elementary School in Cinnaminson, N.J.
