"We have many loyal guests who love our home style meals in South Florida, so Hialeah is the perfect choice for our new restaurant location," said George Michel, Chief Executive Officer for Boston Market. "The timing is right, and historically our Boston Market locations have always performed well in this area."
The Hialeah opening comes off a big turnaround for Boston Market. The company has posted 35 consecutive months of positive comparable store sales, a key metric of restaurant brand health. Michel attributes the strong uptick to enhancements to the guest experience launched in 2011 and the introduction of best-selling products like St. Louis Style BBQ ribs and Market Bowls.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
The new Boston Market features a warm and inviting atmosphere with a redesigned decor package that reflects the new look and feel of the brand. The enhanced guest experience at all Boston Market restaurants means that meals are served with real plates and cutlery and food is brought to the table for guests. Upgraded serving stations at the new restaurant include a "Chef's Hot Case" and carving stations. Their signature rotisserie chicken is on display in ovens right behind the counter, so guests may see freshly prepared food. The efficient serving line allows guests to receive their meals faster. Guests will also notice an exceptional level of hospitality from a larger, more attentive staff.
"Our food has always been delicious," said Michel. "With the changes we have made to all our restaurants, we have raised our service and presentation quality to match that of our food."
Boston Market proudly serves great tasting meals featuring quality ingredients that are prepared with the best of care. Every serving of Boston Market chicken is cooked to the same delicious standards, using fresh, never frozen hormone free, natural chicken that is slow rotisserie cooked to succulent perfection. Guests may also enjoy a wide selection of tasty, home style sides to complement the signature chicken or other entrees – roasted turkey, St. Louis Style BBQ ribs, and home style meatloaf. Popular sides include mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, sweet corn, sweet potato casserole, creamed spinach, and fresh steamed vegetables. Most meals are completed with freshly baked cornbread.
The Hialeah restaurant will boast warm and inviting artwork and a modern decor package reflective of the newest concept design, contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.
The new restaurant will be unveiled at a grand opening celebration beginning 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013. All the fun is free and open to the public.
