Boston Barricade Company and Premier Barricades complete merger

VERO BEACH, Fla., Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Barricade Company, Inc. and Premier Barricades, Inc. announce the completion of its merger, effective as of January 1, 2014. The joining of these two companies creates the largest provider of sustainable modular construction barricades in North America and generates additional jobs nationwide.

Together, Premier Barricades and Boston Barricade Company service shopping malls, retailers, airports, hotels, and hospitals with their modular construction barricades, providing a green alternative to standard dry-wall enclosures.  The combined organization will operate under the Boston Barricade Company umbrella nationwide. With the addition of Premier Barricades' Temecula and Sacramento, CA service centers, the company will now consist of 12 locations across the United States and Canada.

In addition to providing sustainable modular barricades, Boston Barricade Company manages national branding initiatives with its large-format graphics services bundled with the modular barricade installations.
