Born U5: Latin Diva Sweeping Stage with Her Top-Notch Dancer Legion
HANGZHOU, China, May 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- This coming Saturday, Born U5, the large reality TV show exclusively sponsored by JD.com, is heading for its 6th episode. It is a co-production of ZJTV, Leisure Work Studio and Authrule Digital Media, designed for girls with big dreams to become superstars. This week, the U5 girls are going to face a cruel dance battle with Mora Godoy, the top-notch maestro of tango from Argentina, and her fabulous dancer group.
Mora Godoy, might be a strange name for most Chinese audience, is the leading character in the dance of tango. Maybe you don't know her, but you must know who she danced with. Mora Godoy danced with President Obama during his visit to Argentina. She also pair performed Argentine tango at a dinner hosted by the country's president. Mora has received medals from Argentina President's own hands and credited as the Artist of the Year. She is also the signed Queen of Tango in Hollywood. The shows curated by her, Tango of Argentina and Tanguera for instance, have successfully enthralled the audience from all over the world.
Facing the strong vibe and challenges from Mora and her dance legion, the U5 girls again, think outside of box - some of them just cross dress as men to pair with the rest of the girls to perform the dance. This tactic is about to hit Mora by surprise. The U5 girls and Mora will bring two different style of dancing to the dance floor to heat up the stage.
Born U5 invites the versatile performer Show Lo as mentor for U5 Girls, guiding them to become qualified performing artists.
Unlike other reality shows, Born U5 adopts a brand new mechanism to demonstrate a more comprehensive, more transparent program to the audience. In the meantime, the production team also determines to bring out a more positive and more upbeat dynamic to the stage. All the girls form one single group in the very beginning of the show, instead of internal player killings to survive to next phase. So that the girls could give all their heart and soul to concentrate on a 360-degree self-improvement under the guidance of Show Lo, without the fear of being eliminated. Moreover, the girls could battle and learn from great performers from 6 different countries, single or group, during the whole journey. Thus, these superstars-to-be could broaden their horizons with an international perspective, to better prepare for their unknown show career lies ahead.
Born Girls will air on ZJTV at 22:00, May 6th.
