Boralex Power Income Fund Declares Cash Distribution
MONTREAL, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Boralex Power Income Fund (the "Fund") has declared a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01667 for the period from September 16, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
The amount of this distribution was determined based on the number of days during this period and the amount of $0.03333 per trust unit normally distributed by the Fund on a monthly basis.
The distribution will be paid on October 21, 2010, to unitholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2010. Trust units that are deposited under the extended and varied offer of Boralex Inc. ("Boralex") to purchase (the "Offer") all of the issued and outstanding trust units expiring at 7:00 p.m. on September 28, 2010 will not be entitled to receive such distribution. However, they will be entitled to the interest accumulated on the 6.75% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures to be issued as consideration for the deposited trust units as calculated from September 15, 2010.
