SolarCity informed that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue up to $200 million in solar bonds initially. On October 14, 2014, Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Skyworks) reported that it has updated its financial outlook for the Q4 FY 2014. The Company now anticipates Q4 FY 2014 revenue of $718 million, which represents an increase of 51% YoY and 22% QoQ. Skyworks also expects to report non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.08, reflecting a 69% YoY increase.
