Bonal International, Inc. Declares Dividend
Eighteenth Dividend in Last 11 Fiscal Years
ROYAL OAK, Mich., July 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bonal International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) has announced a dividend of $0.10 per share. This dividend marks the eighteenth time Bonal has issued dividends over the last eleven consecutive fiscal years. The amount of this dividend also matches the highest amount paid by the Company at one time. The dividend is payable on August 7, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 3, 2015.
Dividends are paid out of retained earnings. The Bonal International board of directors will continue to evaluate the Company's dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
