Bonal International, Inc. Declares Dividend
Seventeenth Dividend in Last 10 Fiscal Years
ROYAL OAK, Mich., Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bonal International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) has announced a dividend of $0.05 per share. This is the seventeenth dividend which represents the tenth consecutive fiscal year Bonal has declared a dividend and is the fourth dividend paid this fiscal year. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2015.
Dividends are paid out of retained earnings. The Bonal International board of directors will continue to evaluate the Company's dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
