Bolthouse Farms Announces Support of National Food Day
Food Day Logo to Appear on Baby Carrots Packaging from September 25 - October 31
BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bolthouse Farms, the largest producer of baby carrots and premium juice beverages in North America, announced today that it will participate in Food Day on October 24th, 2011, the nationwide grassroots movement for healthier diets sponsored by the Center for Science in the Public Interest that is designed to encourage American's to "Eat Real." To raise awareness for Food Day, Bolthouse Farms will carry the Food Day logo on over 11 million of its one- and two-pound bags of baby carrots from September 25th through October 31st, 2011.

The goal of Food Day is to encourage Americans across the country to embrace healthy eating and sponsor or participate in activities surrounding healthy eating.
