BOI OSOS - One Stop Service Center for Investors in Thailand

The One Start One Stop Investment Center (OSOS) was established to help facilitate and make the processing convenient for investors to setup a business in Thailand. The Centre was meant to provide a full range of services to investors of all size, large and small, and to provide assistance with application process in registering a company in Thailand, including assisting those already invested in Thailand and wish to expand, obtaining promotion privileges, business licenses, environment impact assessments, utility services and other wide range investment related services.

In addition to assisting investors with procedural matters, One Start One Stop Investment Center also brings together 21 relevant government agencies under one roof to provide investors with expert consultation thus help investors save time from having to go from one government office to another office to obtain information, consultation, or to fulfill the requirements necessary for establishing a business. Furthermore application and renewal of visa and work permit for foreign investors and their independent can now be processed at OSOS.
