Boardriders, Inc. Announces Pierre Agnes Memorials

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Feb. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Boardriders, Inc. is announcing several memorial ceremonies to celebrate the life of Pierre Agnes.

The Company will honor Pierre's memory by hosting traditional paddle-out ceremonies around the world for our beloved friend and surfing visionary. During this cherished surfing ritual, surfers paddle out into the ocean, straddle their boards and link hands to create a floating circle of solidarity. This is the way that surfers honor and celebrate their heroes, friends and family who share a love of the ocean.

The Australia paddle-out will be in Queensland on March 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM near the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast event at Snapper Rocks. The U.S. paddle-out will be in Huntington Beach, CA on March 16, 2018 at 9:30 AM near the Huntington Beach Pier. A paddle-out in France will be scheduled later this spring.
