BNBuilders Welcomes Jack Planter to San Diego Office

SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BNBuilders is pleased to announce that Jack Planter has joined its San Diego office as a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) Coordinator. Mr. Planter brings over three decades of technical expertise in MEP systems to the BNBuilders team. Jack Planter is one of several new staff members to join BNBuilders' San Diego office recently to its growing operations projected to double in 2016, and its expanding geographical reach into Los Angeles and Orange County.

Mr. Planter is an experienced technical manager with ample hands-on experience. His career has focused on MEP coordination, building commissioning, troubleshooting, equipment/system start-up, diagnostics, and quality control management.  As an MEP Coordinator with BNBuilders, Mr. Planter works with trade contractors to incorporate their information into the BIM model. He also oversees quality control, and works closely with the client to ensure the project functional requirements and end user needs are met. A few recent clients include Illumina, Otonomy, and Vertex. Prior to joining BNBuilders, Mr. Planter worked with 3QC, Xnergy, and Rudolph and Sletten. He is a licensed Mechanical Contractor C20, a certified Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP), and is certified in Construction Quality Management (CQM). He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers; the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering; the Building Commissioning Association; and the U.S. Green Building Council.
