The Fraud Settlement Agreement Navigator allows users to search more than 200 settlement agreements and produce customized charts of agreements by selecting and refining criteria to quickly find the most relevant settlements for their research. Users can filter agreements by Party, Type of Health Care Entity, Alleged Violation, Settlement Amount, Effective Date, and presence of a Related Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA).
The Corporate Integrity Agreement Navigator allows users to selectively filter BNA's collection, dating back to 2006, by Party, Type of Health Care Entity, Conduct Addressed, Location, Effective Date and Term of the CIA, and presence of Related Settlement Agreement to settle a civil fraud suit.
"Busy practitioners tell us that one of their recurring challenges is finding a quicker way to sift through mountains of data for that one particular document they need , and the Fraud Settlement Agreement Navigator and CIA Navigator tools are designed to do just that," said Scott Falk, Executive Editor at BNA's Legal & Business Publishing Group. "By making it easier to navigate the health care Fraud Settlements Collection and CIAs, we've eliminated much of the legwork practitioners are used to contending with, effectively simplifying their jobs by streamlining their research and their efforts to stay informed."
