These strategic hires allow CTC | myCFO to expand its roster of tenured professionals, enhance the experience of UHNW clients and strengthen the group's capabilities and service to UHNW clients. Based in Chicago, Rick Pomeroy is a Senior Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Pomeroy works closely with leadership to implement new client engagement strategies and client experience enhancements. Previously, he held several executive and managerial roles at global wealth management firms, including U.S. Trust and TIAA. Pomeroy earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Rutgers University.
Mike Miranda serves as a Managing Director, leading the Chicago-based investment advisory group. He is a primary member of the U.S. Investment Management Leadership team; he will help drive growth in the UHNW business with a focus on the client experience, enhancing the product and platform suite and delivering a unified integrated offering for clients. Miranda is a Certified Financial Analyst with over 18 years of experience running investment businesses, teams and portfolios. Most recently, he was a Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Mesirow Financial. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Doug Sullivan serves as Managing Director and has 30 years of experience helping clients navigate the complex issues of significant wealth. He is responsible for promoting new client engagement across the enterprise; he works closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies for growing the business and delivering exceptional client experiences. Sullivan is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) with a Bachelor degree from Southern Methodist University.
Ron Macleod serves as Managing Director working closely with leadership to promote new client engagement across the enterprise. Macleod is a family office specialist, guiding family offices to appropriate resources and services. He has nearly 25 years working with family office management and serving UHNW clients including entrepreneurs, athletes, and entertainers, among others. Previously, he was with Rockefeller & Company servicing family offices, trusts, foundations and endowments. Macleod holds series seven and 66 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Don Dabisch serves as a Director on the Capital Advisory Services team, and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He advises ultra-affluent families and individuals on the management and optimization of their financial liabilities. Most recently, Dabisch served as the Midwest and Southeast Regional Lending Manager for Goldman Sachs Bank USA, serving the needs of private wealth clients. Before joining Goldman, Dabisch served in various capacities at The Northern Trust Company within the Global Family Office group, Large Corporate Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Based in Portland, Bo Youn Jo is Director of Research Analytics. She helps lead the efforts to optimize portfolio construction for clients, evaluating multiple risk factors and market exposures. She is also involved in the Financial Technology ("FinTech") efforts of BMO Financial Group, CTC | myCFO's parent company. Most recently, Jo worked as a Strategist at Pine River Capital Management, a $15 billion hedge fund firm, where she created valuation models and structured macro hedges for the fund. She had previously served as a Senior Manager in the Complex Securities Group of Ernst & Young, where she led the development of credit derivative models. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, a Master of Business Administration at Marquette University and a Masters of Financial Engineering at the University of California-Berkeley.
