BM&FBOVESPA Presents New Financial Education Campaign

SAO PAULO, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Brazilian Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange – BM&FBOVESPA will launch its new financial education campaign entitled "Quer ser socio?" ("Wanna be a partner?"). This event will take place at 9:00 a.m., on August 17th, at the BM&FBOVESPA Visitors' Center. The CEO of BM&FBOVESPA, Edemir Pinto, and former Brazilian soccer champion Pele will headline the event. This campaign will center on Pele's sports career to help illustrate the dynamics of investing in the stock market. At the launch we will present the advertising campaign, the marketing channels that will be used and the timeline of the first stage. This initiative is part of BM&FBOVESPA's strategy to increase the number of investors to a total of five million in five years.
