BMA-Minnesota Presents Insights on Social CRM for B2B Engagement

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) have become common ingredients in the marketer's mix. On Thursday, September 16, 2010, Minnesota chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA-Minnesota) will host "Social CRM: A New Realm of B2B Engagement."
The session features Eric Scheel, co-founder and CTO of Reside. Scheel is a nationally-renowned expert on cloud solutions for CRM, Social CRM, and Application Development, with 15+ years of development and implementation experience.
Scheel's presentation will:
- Define and apply Social CRM for B2B organizations
- Highlight opportunities to engage, differentiate, innovate, and grow using Social CRM
- Walk through the FICO (formerly Fair Isaac) B2B community – a case study of successful B2B Social CRM engagement
The event will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010, at the Minneapolis Golf Club in Golden Valley, Minn. Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by the program from 8 to 9 a.m. A members-only networking event will follow immediately from 9 to 9:30 a.m.
The cost of the event is $30 for BMA members and $45 for non-members. Attendees can register online at www.bmaminnesota.org through September 13, 2010. There will be a limited number of walk-up registrations also available.
