CAMPBELL, Calif., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Nimsoft today announced Bluehawk Networks is using the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution (NMS) to deliver advanced unified monitoring solutions that proactively identify network and system issues before they reach a critical stage for clients.
NMS will monitor Bluehawk Networks' current cloud-based, hosted offerings for backup and recovery, Virtual Desktop Integration (VDI), and network security in the company's Network Operating Center (NOC). With NMS, Bluehawk Networks differentiates itself from competing solution providers by delivering superior remote monitoring services to its clients.
Bluehawk's previous monitoring solution didn't scale sufficiently to support the company's fast-growing client base and the increasing complexity of its NOC. Furthermore, that solution only provided basic SNMP monitoring.
Using NMS, Bluehawk can scale its monitoring capabilities as required and achieve deep insight into its NOC conditions. It can also offer clients ready-made probes for business-critical applications such as Microsoft Exchange and SQL, as well as customizable dashboards and reporting tools.
NMS also enables Bluehawk to deploy probes quickly and easily, which can dramatically reduce both the time and cost required to respond to client requirements.
