Blue Ridge Log Cabins announces new Friday Plant Tours and Expanding Its Workforce due to overwhelming demand
CAMPOBELLO, S.C., Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading log home builder Blue Ridge Log Cabins announced that they are opening up their state of the art manufacturing facility for tours every Friday at 2:00pm.
After the grand opening of their Mountain Architectural model back in September, Blue Ridge has seen a drastic influx of people from all over the country who have been clamoring to view the model as well as see how they build it in the factory.
"We took our unique building process that has made our log homes so popular and transitioned it to our Mountain Architectural series and the response has been incredible," said Blue Ridge Log Cabins President Chip Smith.
"Not only are we holding Friday plant tours but we actually are expanding our man power in the factory to keep up with this dramatic increase and anticipated demand in 2015," said Smith.
Blue Ridge Log Cabins Marketing Director Sarah Smith added, "We have a lot of special projects that are coming up in 2015 that we are proud to be a part of. I can't disclose too much information at the moment but let's just say I am glad we are increasing our workforce -- we are going to need it."
