Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Ranks Highest in Member Satisfaction in the Southwest

PHOENIX, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The 2014 J.D. Power U.S. Member Health Plan Study^(SM) ranks Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) highest among health plan members in the Southwest region. The Southwest region consists of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

BCBSAZ also received the region's highest scores in the following categories:

• Coverage and benefits
• Provider choice
• Customer service
• Claims processing
