Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Hires Vice President of Marketing

PHOENIX, Dec. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) is pleased to introduce Jennifer Kaufman who has been hired as vice president of marketing for the company.

Kaufman brings extensive industry expertise to BCBSAZ, having worked in marketing and brand management positions for more than 20 years. She is a proven leader who has been recognized throughout her career for her ability to blend strategy and creative vision along with a passion for solving complex challenges to drive enterprise success.

Most recently, Kaufman was Director of Brand Management for Health Net. Based out of California, her areas of responsibility included California, Arizona, Oregon, and general corporate brand management. Prior to Health Net, she held marketing management positions with established collectible toy companies in California. She is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Management. She has also earned an MBA in Marketing from The Anderson School at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.
