NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Apron, the leading recipe and fresh ingredient delivery service, today announced that Brad Dickerson will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Brad is currently the CFO and COO of Under Armour (NYSE: UA), a leading performance footwear, apparel and equipment company, and will transition to Blue Apron in early 2016.

Brad spent the last eleven years at Under Armour, joining initially as its controller and then eventually becoming CFO and then COO. While at Under Armour, Dickerson oversaw the company's financial organization, leading financial operations, reporting, budgeting and forecasting teams, as well as strategic investments in infrastructure. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Aviation North America from 2003 to 2004 and Chief Financial Officer of Network Building & Consulting from 1998 to 2003.

Along with the hire of Dickerson as CFO, Blue Apron announced today that Julie M.B. Bradley, CFO of TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP), will join Blue Apron's Board of Directors. Bradley also serves on the board of Wayfair and Constant Contact.
