Bloomfield Capital Promotes Jake Olsman to Vice President

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., Jan. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bloomfield Capital, a specialty real estate finance firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jake Olsman from Associate to Vice President.

Prior to joining Bloomfield Capital in 2012, Jake spent several years working in commercial real estate brokerage and valuation roles at Friedman Real Estate Group, HVS and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jake's role at Bloomfield has expanded to include underwriting, due diligence, loan closings, and asset management for a broad array of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.  Jake has developed into a leader whose role at Bloomfield will continue to grow with the firm.  

A graduate of Michigan State University, Jake dual majored in Hospitality Business and Japanese.  He is a member of the Michigan State University School of Hospitality Business Alumni Association board and Real Estate Investment Management Advisory Council, as well as the Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit's Real Estate and Property Management Committee.
