ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA unveiled a new service to help companies manage the thousands of environment, health, and safety obligations and tasks they face each year. ComplyAchieveTM, Bloomberg BNA's new Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance management data center, streamlines regulatory monitoring with an applicability wizard and other tools to let users import or build EHS citation lists that cover all U.S. state and federal jurisdictions.

Users can manage their EHS citation lists, monitor regulatory changes, and maximize business results from a single interface that can be integrated with any environmental management information system (EMIS) or used as a stand-alone system.
Margery Moore, Director of EHS Strategic Alliances at Bloomberg BNA said "ComplyAchieve integrates several of our compliance tools into one system to help companies get a handle on the thousands of regulations they must comply with."
ComplyAchieve includes a powerful citation wizard that walks users through a set of applicability questions to determine specific federal and state EHS regulations that need to be monitored. It helps to keep users' customized EHS citation lists up to date with daily summaries of regulatory changes, a short analysis of the changes, and updated or "evergreen" links to the latest regulatory text. Users also can compare text changes in new regulations, with new or amended text highlighted for easy, side-by-side comparison.
Bloomberg BNA's partner and first customer of ComplyAchieve, e3 Solutions, Inc. launched the custom solution in July with several other key customers. With ComplyAchieve, e3 Solutions is able to align regulatory updates with compliance obligations, tasks, and assets, so e3 Solutions software system users remain in compliance.
"e3 was excited to launch this new Bloomberg BNA service," Kevin Coyne, President and CEO of e3 Solutions Inc. said. "They've always been at the forefront of EHS regulatory compliance using cutting edge software and content management. We've worked in partnership over the last nine months integrating with e3's web-service based environmental management information system (EMIS). The combination of governance, risk, and compliance principals and sustainability web services from e3 was the perfect platform to bring Bloomberg BNA's ComplyAchieve to life. e3 has already received commitments to deploy this technology to provide the audit trail necessary to support Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for some of our key customers and early adopters, such as Flint Hills Resources."
With dozens of topic areas covered, ComplyAchieve can help companies save time, save money, and stay in compliance.
