Bloomberg BNA Publishes 2013 Edition of the "Social Security and Medicare Fact Sheet"

ARLINGTON, Va., May 31, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA has published the 2013 Edition of the Social Security and Medicare Fact Sheet, the easy-to-use resource designed to be disseminated company-wide by human resources and benefits practitioners to inform employees of changes to their Social Security and Medicare benefits.

The 2013 Edition includes new information on Social Security taxes, disability benefits, new eligibility requirements, and cost of living adjustments. It discusses additional Medicare taxes on earnings over $200,000, which employers are required to withhold, and the Medicare withholding tax for earnings over $200,000 for those who are self employed.
