ARLINGTON, Va., June 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA today announced that Ken Crutchfield has joined the company as Vice President for Environment, Health & Safety and Software Businesses, reporting to Darren McKewen, President, Tax & Specialty Division.
In this new role, Crutchfield will oversee the business strategy and implementation of customer-centric solutions for the Environmental, Health & Safety and Software business segments of Bloomberg BNA. Ken will also oversee the current content development, content acquisition, product development and management, partnerships, and acquisition activity for the segments as well.

Crutchfield has served in executive-level positions at organizations including Thomson Reuters and LexisNexis. From 2007 through 2013, Crutchfield served in executive-level positions with Thomson Reuters, including General Manager, ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing, where he repositioned a tax and accounting product line that led to significant revenue growth. At LexisNexis, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Desktop Applications Group, where he oversaw the launch of over 20 new software and content titles and significantly reduced product development lifecycles. He also held senior roles at ATX Kleinrock, which was ultimately acquired by Wolters Kluwer, Dun & Bradstreet, and US Interactive. Most recently, Crutchfield served as a consultant to Bloomberg BNA, developing strategy for the Environment, Health & Safety and Software Businesses.
Crutchfield earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University and his Master of Business Administration from Wright State University.
