ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA today announced that it is hosting a complimentary afternoon seminar, "Taking Stock of ESOPs – Preparing for Strong Employee Stock Ownership Plans," taking place Tuesday, December 8 at the Omni San Francisco from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. followed by a networking reception.  Presented in collaboration with Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP and One Wealth Management, the event will provide an overview of ESOPs and their role within corporations.  Complimentary registration for the seminar, for which participants can earn up to 2 CLE credits, is available here.
