In her new role, Day will take responsibility for the Company's next phase of growth for its industry-leading advertising and distribution platforms. Day will report directly to Blip's Board of Directors and, will herself, become a member of the Board.

Kelly Day previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Discovery's Digital Media and Commerce division, overseeing the company's U.S. websites, Digital Operations and Programming, E-Commerce operations, Licensing and Home Entertainment. During her tenure, Day was responsible for the development and implementation of long-term strategies and initiatives driving growth to all digital businesses. In addition, she worked in partnership with Discovery's US Networks creating innovative offerings that leveraged the company's television assets to increase product sales, drive online audience and engagement, and create new revenue streams.
Prior to assuming responsibility for Digital Media in March 2009, Day served in several roles within Discovery including Chief Operating Officer for Discovery Commerce. It was in this position that she directed the division's operations and built a world-class e-commerce site earning accolades from the industry, loyalty from its customers and, most important, consistently delivered record-breaking growth and bottom-line value for Discovery.
Earlier in her career, Day served as Vice President of E-Commerce at The Knot, the leading wedding media company. From 1996 to 2003, she held a variety of positions at AOL, most recently as Executive Director of AOL Shopping, with responsibility for developing new products for AOL's Shopping portal site.
