Bleum Appoints Charlie Li as Vice President of Human Resources

SHANGHAI, Jan. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bleum Inc., a leading China-based specialist IT outsourcing provider, announced today that it has appointed Charlie Li as Vice President of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Bleum, Mr. Li directed several multi-national human resources operations. Most recently, he worked as Asia-Pacific Human Resources Director for Cadence Design Systems, a global leader in the electronic design automation industry. He has also worked with both the John Deere and Motorola companies. Mr. Li holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Finance Management from Purdue University.
