BlenderBottle Partners With Struck To Launch Rebrand
Mixing Bottle Creator Taps Digital Forward Creative Agency for Branding and Design of New Logo, Look, and Brand Positioning
SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- BlenderBottle, the global leader and originator of portable mixing bottles, recently collaborated with creative agency Struck to rebrand the company and its products. Struck developed a brand strategy and architecture, which served as the foundation for the redesigned BlenderBottle logo, typeface, color palette, packaging and retail displays. In addition to the corporate identity, product lines including the BlenderBottle Classic, BlenderBottle SportMixer, and the new BlenderBottle GoStak were also included in the overarching rebranding effort.

"We think of the BlenderBottle rebrand as a subtle, yet striking evolution of our existing brand," says Steve Sorensen, Owner & CEO of BlenderBottle. "We are pleased with how Struck was able to capture the overall BlenderBottle voice: fresher, sportier, and more solution-oriented, while still retaining the informal and approachable feel BlenderBottle's large and loyal following has enjoyed."
To serve as the new company logo, Struck designed a simple, yet elegantly stylized illustration of the BlenderBall, a unique feature of the BlenderBottle. Together with new standard typography and color palette, the Struck-designed logo and branding can now be used consistently across all of the company's product lines.
Struck amped up the product look of the BlenderBottle SportMixer, designed for sports enthusiasts and the seriously fit, with a wide variety of vibrant colors, and also created a new tagline for the SportMixer: "Mix It Up." For the BlenderBottle GoStak, Struck introduced an instantly iconic look with a striking green and black color palette, coupled with the "Go With It" tagline.
"We created a treatment for BlenderBottle that will enable an existing and beloved brand to evolve into a wider range of product lines and appeal to a wider variety of retailers," says Daniel Conner, CEO of Struck. "The look and feel of the BlenderBottle brand remains consistent across a diverse offering of products, while showcasing the personalities of the different products themselves."
