BLANCO introduces innovative multi-purpose Floating Grids - the ultimate space saving kitchen accessory for your kitchen
LUMBERTON, N.J., May 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- BLANCO, the German manufacturer of finely made sinks and faucets, redefines functionality and convenience with their new patented Stainless Steel Floating Grids, the ultimate multi-purpose accessory that expands prepping and cleaning surfaces without using more counter space.
BLANCO's innovative Floating Grids sit approximately 4-5" off the sink bottom providing an additional sink level that can be used to seat heavy kitchen items or for washing foods. This space saving accessory is conveniently designed to provide an additional workspace in both the kitchen sink and on the kitchen counter.
"Convenient and multi-functional are the two best words to describe BLANCO's new Floating Grids," states Tim Maicher, Marketing Director for BLANCO. "In addition to being used within the sink as a second sink level to wash fruits and vegetables without having to clear out your deck, the floating grids are perfect on the counter as a hot plate, a trivet to cool and store baked goods, or just an additional space to reduce clutter. For convenience, the grids are thin and easy to store and equipped with four rubber feet to ensure they won't damage the counter. Originally, customers purchased sink grids for the aesthetic appeal on a SILGRANIT® sink (where no protection is necessary) or to protect a stainless steel bottom, now we're taking the grid to the next level by adding immense functionality."
The new Floating Grids are made of Stainless Steel with protective bumpers and feet and are made to fit the SILGRANIT BLANCO PRECIS™, PRECIS CASCADE™ and BLANCO IKON™ sinks.
