BERTHOUD, Colo., Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Blackeagle Energy Services, based in Berthoud, Colo., about 45 miles north of Denver, is excited to announce the promotion of three managers to its fabrication leadership team. The changes announced today were implemented so that Blackeagle, a leader in the oil and gas industry, can better meet current market demands. Collectively, the new management team, which includes Kevin Jackson, Bryan Niesent, and Nathan Abram, has over 20 years of experience with the company.
"Shop fabrication is an essential part of energy related infrastructure and maintenance projects. Maintaining and enhancing this capability is an important part of our integrated offering and provides us a competitive advantage," said Todd Erickson, Vice President of Corporate Development at Blackeagle.
For over a quarter of a century, Blackeagle has fabricated superior metal products and provided technical and project management experience for customers' projects. The company's 40,000-square-foot facility is well known for its superior products and customer support.
"You won't see any changes in the service or the quality you have been receiving from Blackeagle Fabrication for years," added Erickson. "Our core technical staff has not changed, and we will continue to produce all the high-quality products you associate with Blackeagle."
Each member of the new fabrication management team will take an instrumental role in continuing Blackeagle's commitment toward serving its customers with high-quality fabrication products.
Kevin Jackson now assumes the operations manager role. Jackson, who's been with Blackeagle for eight years, most recently served as the shop manager at the Fort Collins facility for Blackeagle and prior to that oversaw the company's second shift operations.
"Our team is bringing a wealth of experience to the shop; I am excited to oversee it and to keep our operations growing and expanding," Jackson said.
Bryan Niesent, a project manager with Blackeagle for 10 years, will continue to work with customers assuring products exceed their standards and are delivered on schedule. Along with his background in project management Bryan served as a code pipe welder and as a welding instructor at Front Range Community College.
Nathan Abram P.E., ASME project engineer has been with Blackeagle for two and a half years. He will expand his role to include both technical and project management responsibilities and will lead quality and efficiency initiatives. In addition, Nathan oversees all ASME calculations, assuring all products meet stringent code standards.
"We are looking to improving efficiency in all aspects of the business while continuing to maintain a great safety record, providing a cost-competitive, and providing high quality products to our customers," Abram said.
