Black Hills Corporation Completes Commitments on Energy Marketing Credit Facility
RAPID CITY, S.D., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) energy marketing subsidiary Enserco Energy today announced that on May 28, 2010 the company closed an additional $23.5 million of credit capacity for its two-year, committed stand-alone credit facility. Through the additional participation of Credit Agricole, a participant in the previous facility, the facility size increases to $250 million from the initial $226.5 million announced on May 12, 2010. BNP Paribas and Societe Generale are co-lead arranger banks.
