Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend and Schedules Second Quarter 2011 Financial Results, Conference Call and Webcast

RAPID CITY, S.D., July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held July 27, 2011. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 18, 2011, will receive 36.5 cents per share, payable on Sept. 1, 2011.

The company will issue a news release announcing 2011 second quarter results after market close on Aug. 4, 2011, and host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Aug. 5, 2011, to discuss the company's financial and operating performance.
