RAPID CITY, S.D., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held April 27, 2010, the board of directors of Black Hills Corporation (NYSE: BKH) declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2010, will receive 36 cents per share, payable on June 1, 2010.
