Black Hat Abu Dhabi off to a Great Start

Black Hat Abu Dhabi concluded today two days of training sessions, which were met by great attendance and public interest. The Black Hat Abu Dhabi briefings, which bring together experts in IT Security from all around the world, are set to start Wednesday November 10th.
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority represented by the UAE Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT), in cooperation with Khalifa University of Science and Technology with UBM have brought to the Middle East, Black Hat which brings together experts and companies in the IT security field to discuss the latest in IT security issues, trends, and solutions. Black Hat will take place from 8th to 11th of November 2010 in Emirates Palace.
His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Nasser Al Ghanim, Director General of the TRA will open the day, while Jeff Moss, CEO and founder of Black Hat ill deliver the key note. The briefings will feature many world wide experts who will deliver crucial key notes on the latest issues and matters in cyber security, in addition to performing live-on-stage demonstrations on potential risks, including hacking two ATM machines and intercepting live mobile phone calls.

Black Hat Abu Dhabi concluded the training sessions today with the Black Hat briefings taking place on the 10th - 11th November 2010 at the Emirates Palace which will include a wide variety of intensive technical presentations delivered by the leading thinkers of the information security world. The multi-day training sessions included the latest in IT security trends and techniques, while the Black Hat Briefings will offer an opportunity for industry experts to share their experience and knowledge with other professionals.
