Bitauto to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Unaudited Financial Results on Thursday, March 7, 2013

Bitauto's management will hold an earnings conference call at 8 AM on March 7, 2013 U.S. Eastern Time (9 PM on March 7, 2013 Beijing/Hong Kong time).
