Biostar Pharmaceuticals Regains Compliance with NASDAQ $1.00 Minimum Bid Price
XIANYANG, China, Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Biostar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSPM) ("Biostar"), a PRC-based developer, manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceutical and health supplement products in China, today announced that on February 22, 2016, NASDAQ notified the Company that it had regained compliance with continued listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a minimum bid price of $1.00 for continued listing on the NASDAQ Stock Market and that the matter was now closed.
