BIOSENTA INC. - Clarification to January 7, 2013 Press Release

TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - BIOSENTA INC. (CNSX: ZRO) (the "Company").  Reference was made to the Company's patented ring product in its press release of January 7, 2013.  The Company wishes to clarify that it possesses an exclusive worldwide license of the know-how and patent rights of the licensee in respect of the ringed product. Currently, the licensee has a patent pending in Canada and United States with respect to the ringed product.

BIOSENTA Inc.'s line of retail anti-microbial products will effectively kill mold, bacteria and fungi on contact and prevent re-growth.
