In addition to Rick's current responsibilities as Managing Director of the BIOCOM Purchasing Group, he will manage BIOCOM membership and development initiatives as well as enhance the value proposition for potential members and sponsors.

Mr. Fultz's three year tenure with BIOCOM has yielded impressive results, supported by over 70% growth of the BIOCOM Purchasing Group since he took over the program in 2009.
