BIO-Europe® 2015 in Munich sets record for attendance and partnering productivity
CARLSBAD, Calif. and MUNICH, Nov. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Munich, Germany was the center of dealmaking activity in the life science industry during BIO-Europe® 2015 . Held at Munich's International Congress Center from November 2–4, the event broke all previous records for attendance and partnering productivity. The event brought 3,520 executives from 1,886 companies and 55 countries, who engaged in over 19,000 one-to-one meetings to discuss asset deals and strategic collaborations.
The event also featured a vibrant program of panels and workshops on effective partnering, as well as company presentations by both emerging biotech companies and established pharmaceutical firms. Major program themes of the event included regenerative medicine and cell therapy, immuno-oncology and best-practices dealmaking, and most program panels rooms saw full attendance.

The next edition of BIO-Europe will be held in Cologne, Germany November 7–9, 2016.
