Billingsley Leads CCB's Market Expansion Into Raleigh
SOUTH HILL, Va., Oct. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens Community Bank (OTC: CZYB) welcomes Jeffery Billingsley as a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for the north Raleigh area. His primary focus will be lending to small and medium-size businesses. Having a lending presence in this region allows CCB to expand its footprint into higher growth markets.
Formerly, Billingsley was Market President at Raleigh's North State Bank and has more than sixteen years' experience across all aspects of banking and business development. He understands the commercial markets in north Raleigh and the needs of the customer base. He also served eleven years in the US Army at Fort Bragg prior to entering the private sector.
"We are excited to have Jeff lead this expansion into the north Raleigh market," says President and CEO James R. Black. "Jeff's professionalism and leadership make for a strong cultural fit. When you share the same values and add in his local banking experience and skill sets, all stakeholders should benefit."
Billingsley graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, and he continues to support the university as a member of its mentoring program. Outside the office, he previously has served as chairman of Triangle American Red Cross, Budget and Finance Committee at New Providence Mission Baptist Church and the Leadership Council Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness in Wake County.
