Bill Nowling Joins Duffey Petrosky Team
Former Rick Snyder for Michigan Communications Director Named Agency's Director of Public Affairs and Issue Management
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill Nowling today was named Director of Public Affairs and Issue Management at Farmington Hills-based integrated marketing agency Duffey Petrosky.
Nowling was most recently Communications Director and spokesman for Governor-elect Rick Snyder's successful gubernatorial campaign and transition team.

Prior to joining the Rick Snyder for Michigan campaign, Nowling worked as the Republican Communication Director for the Michigan House of Representatives and was the Communication Director for the Michigan Republican Party. Nowling served as spokesman for state Senate Majority Leader Ken Sikkema and was a speechwriter for former Governor John Engler. Additionally, Nowling has extensive experience in the private sector having held positions at both The Sterling Corporation and The Rossman Group.
In his new role, Nowling will focus on strategic communications management as well as direction and implementation of new media strategies for the agency and its clients.
