Bill Foley Creates New Division within Epic Wines & Spirits

SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bill Foley, Chairman and CEO of Epic Wines & Spirits, announced today that he has formed a new sales division within Epic.  Black Knight Fine Wines & Spirits will be a specialty team responsible for the business development and sale of luxury wines and spirits within Epic's portfolio.  The Black Knight Strategic Account Management team will consist of certified sommeliers, wine and spirits educators and specialists who will be singularly focused on building these brands within key accounts.  "This is a very exciting time of growth for Epic Wines & Spirits,"  Foley stated. Justin Sternberg has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Black Knight division and will report to Scott Edwards, President of Epic Wines & Spirits.  Black Knight will be officially active on January 1st 2016, however staffing and program development is well underway.
